Refund & Cancellation Policy

paintball

  • A minimum of 72 hours prior to your booking is required to reschedule or amend a booking
  • Refunds, less processing fee, is provided with a minimum of 72 hours before the booking
  • A booking is non-refundable and not transferable players that do not show up for their booking or change their mind. It is not transferable for future bookings, paintballs, credit or cash.
  • The organizer acknowledges that all players for a paintball session must be 15 years and over as of the day they play. No refunds for players that arrive who are underage
  • If a player or close contacts of the player contract COVID19, please let us know as soon as possible. A booking may then be rescheduled up to 12 months following the booking.

gel ball

  • Gel ball session bookings (with or without hire) are non-refundable for players that do not show up on the day or have a change of mind. It is not transferable for future bookings, paintballs, credit or cash.
  • One multi-visit pass is considered redeemed if the player does not turn up after a booking has been made
  • The organizer acknowledges that all players for a paintball session must be 10 years and over as of the day they play. No refunds are given for players that arrive who are underage
  • If a player or close contacts of the player contracts COVID19, please let us know as soon as possible. A booking may then be rescheduled up to 12 months following the booking.

when a refund is considered

  • If Spec Ops Paintball is forced to closed down due to a government mandated lockdown or new restrictions are imposed, bookings can be rescheduled to another date up to 12 months following the booking. Otherwise, a refund, less processing fee, will be provided.
  • If Spec Ops cannot provide the service as originally booked due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control (e.g. flooding, density limitation due to government mandate, staffing issue, or health directive restrictions placed on Spec Ops by government mandate)
