Session Details

Each Reball® paintball session runs approximately 3-3.5 hours total, including all check-in, safety briefings, and tactical gameplay.

Session Information

Check-In Process: Arrive on time for check-in, team allocation, gear fitting, safety and mission briefing.

Age Requirements: 15+ (under 18 requires guardian waiver). Photo ID required for verification.

What to Wear: Light clothing recommended (flight suits provided with all paintball packages), enclosed shoes.

Mission Scenarios: Multiple tactical mission scenarios with objective-based gameplay.

Equipment Included: Flight suit, full face mask, paintball marker, unlimited Reball® ammo, with upgrades and extra protective gear available as optional add-ons.

PAINTBALL FAQ

Reball® is a paint-less paintball system that uses .68 caliber reusable rubber balls instead of traditional paint-filled capsules, making it ideal for our indoor field.

Reball® offers the same accuracy, size, weight, and impact as traditional paintballs, but without the paint, cleanup, or waste, making it ideal for indoor arenas.

Yes. The missions, tactics, and intensity are what you’d expect from regular paintball, just without the paint.

No. Reball® is completely paint-less, so there is zero mess on your clothing or gear, and you leave the arena as clean as you arrived.

Reball® hits like regular paintball. Expect a quick sting, then you move on.

Reballs may occasionally bounce off hard surfaces, and bounces do not count as confirmed hits during gameplay.

The minimum age for Paintball (Reball®) is 15 years on the day of play, and all players must show valid photo ID to confirm age. Players under 18 must also have a parent or guardian sign their waiver. Younger participants can join our Gel Ball sessions (12+) or Nerf Battles (6+).

Yes. All paintball players must present photo ID to confirm they are 15 years or older before they can check in.

Yes. Every participant must complete a waiver before entering the field or staging area. Waivers can be completed online before arrival or filled out on-site, and players under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.

Paintball is physically demanding and requires players to move around the arena safely, follow instructions throughout the session, keep their mask fitted properly, and handle equipment responsibly.

We cannot accommodate pregnant players or those with injuries affecting movement, balance, or reaction time.

If you have any concerns about your ability to participate, please contact us before booking.

Yes. Our full-face masks fit over most prescription glasses, and we also provide anti-fog options and spray to help reduce fogging, although some glasses may still fog depending on the frame shape and humidity.

No. For safety reasons, we do not recommend that pregnant players and players with injuries that limit movement, balance, or reaction time cannot participate in paintball.

Yes. At least one staff member trained in basic first aid is present during every session.

Players must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the session, and anyone impaired or unsafe to participate will be removed without refund.

We run fast-paced, objective-based missions that include team-versus-team battles, urban-style combat scenarios, and dynamic games with shifting objectives, with all missions fully briefed and supervised by staff.

Equipment included: flight suit, full-face mask, paintball marker and unlimited Reball® ammo, with upgrades and extra protective gear available as optional add-ons.

Yes, you can bring your own marker and protective gear as long as it meets our safety standards, is approved on arrival, set to semi-auto only, and chronographed to 220fps maximum.

Only our supplied Reball® ammunition may be used - traditional paintballs are not permitted.

Spec Ops Paintball markers are chronographed to 220fps or less, and all personal markers must meet the same 220fps limit and will be checked on arrival.

Wear light, comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes under your flight suit; thanks to Reball® being paint-less, you do not need to worry about getting dirty or ruining your clothes.

Yes, you may bring a GoPro or similar action camera as long as it is securely mounted. We are not responsible for any damage to personal equipment.

Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers anytime through our online booking system.

Your session will still run as normal because our arena is fully indoors, so rain or storms do not affect gameplay; however, please travel safely, and if severe weather makes travel unsafe, contact us and we will do our best to reschedule your session subject to availability.

We only cancel sessions if extreme weather creates unsafe travel conditions for players or staff, and if this occurs we will contact you directly to arrange a reschedule.

Bookings can be amended or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability, but no refunds or changes are permitted inside 72 hours; full details are available in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If someone in your group is sick, please contact us as soon as possible. While our standard 72-hour cancellation policy applies, we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we have plenty of free on-site parking as well as free street parking available near the venue.

No, our facility is not wheelchair accessible at this stage.

Yes, spectators are welcome to watch the games at no cost, and our viewing area includes live camera feeds of the action on the field.

We have toilets on-site, but no showers are available. Thanks to Reball® being paint-less, you’ll walk out just as clean as you arrived.

Yes, we sell water, soft drinks, sports drinks, chips, chocolates, and a small selection of food for purchase.

We recommend keeping valuables in your car or with a supervising adult, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Yes, private weekday sessions are available for groups that meet the minimum number required; please contact us directly to discuss availability.

Private sessions are available on weekdays for groups of 30 or more. You get exclusive use of half the arena and dedicated staff for your session.

Yes, we run buck’s and hen’s sessions, and you can book a regular or private weekday session depending on your group size. Tutus and onesies are available for hire if you’d like to make the guest of honour feel extra special!

Yes, we accept school groups, vacation care programs, and other youth organisations, and bookings can be arranged directly with our team.
